Can't remove spark plugs from a 1998 Honda Accord 4 cylinder because the boots have crystalized in the holes because of overheating and spark plugs will not come out.
have used brake pad cleaner and brute force to get 2 of them out, but the other 2 are still stuck. Any suggestions?

Are those spark plugs exposed or do they go thru the valve cover?

To get the debris out, you need to have patience and something to break-up/dislodge the plug boots. You can use a long thin screw-driver to chip away on one side and use a vacuum to draw out the debris.
