Wont start

Fuel pump works, new battery, alternator has power, wont shift out of gear, tested all fuses, fuse panel on side of dash #4, 10, 16 are not woking, all others are. Fuse panel in engine there are about eight that are not working. Have no gauges or instruments lights on dash, no spark either

Check and test the fusible links and ignition switch

I replaced the ignition switch and control module a year or two ago. Where would I find the fuseible links @, I also checked all grounds and positives to the battery, alternator, starter. Also looked for lose or broken wires.

The fuse link is with the battery positive wire-also check at the starter motor
