What is Wrong with my car?

My car Starts and runs okay. However, when it idles it makes a popping sound and pulses or shakes with the popping sound. It almost feels like its goning to shut off. It doesn't though. I have sat in it for 15 to 20 mins and it just continues to gulp.

Does the idle go up and down or is it just rough?

No the idle stays the the same around 1 rpm. It doesn't flux at all.

See how dirty our throttle body plate is. Have you checked for codes? Maybe clean MAF sensor.
