Replaced break light switch, as well as the terminals and checked fuse 9, no break/turning signal, or emergency lights. What next!

Check main fuses under the hood. Follow the wiring from the fuse back to see where power is lost.

First, do your brake lights work? If yes then the shift interlock at the base of the steering column is malfunctioning. Or the wire from the stop light switch to the interlock is damaged.

Ok if the brake lights dont work, niether will the interlock, so fix them first, and you will probably be able to shift check fuses 1 and 9, if ok, you will need to test and maybe replace the multifunction switch.
