It idles fine as far as I can tell. It smoothes out after 1500 RPM

What causes vibration at 1500rpm? It only does it at that rpm. It also gives misfire in cyl 3 code also. Has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

Check fuel pressure first and check ignition system. Then compression. But if fuelpressure is low it will give a misfire condition

If it's missing yes, it cold be soemthing else but you need to fix the misfire first.
