I drive my car about 35 to 40 miles to work and back. At work if I put it in park and leave it running for a few minutes while I punch in it will stall and not restart. Has a new fuel pump and filter.
After work I can start it and drive it home (runs fine). When I get home I shut it off try to restart, nothing until it cools down.
Yesterday when I got home I shut it off, it would not restart so I decided to try 1 shot of ether in the intake to see it I had fire, YES.
Not only did I have spark but it started and ran. After 5 minutes I shut it off, and again no restart.
repeated the ether shot and it ran once again.
This is obviously a fuel problem but what?

Check fuel pump pressure with a gauge auto parts rent them. It may be not holding pressure you need to get fuel pressure then watch gauge for 5 minutes if it drops to much then it may be the regulator.
