Is there a way to confirm the fuel pump relay without replacing?

If you have a fuel pump issue, check voltage and ground at the pump motor connector. Use a gage and check fuel pressure.

Sometimes the relays are pretty much the same, if they are, swap them out, for testing. I haven't looked at your wiring, as an example, swap the ac relay with fuel pump relay, where applicable.

Are you saying it cranks good but won't start? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs?
