1998 Chevrolet Blazer engion miss

We had a intake gasket go bad. I replaced the gasket now truck runs like crap. For some reason it only hits on three cylenders. When you pull the weires off the distributer nothing happens.I dont get it we replaced spark plugs wieres, distributer cap an roter. And the tps. Whats this things deal

Remove the big square plug that plugs into the spider injector assembly and look inside to see if any of those pins are bent, each one fires a cylinder, if they are bent straighten them out and plug it back in and try it.
