I've done a lot since last in contact with you. However, I now have a code p1626 theft system fuel enabler circuit. That is just the way it responds. How you have some ideas?

Is this a new code? And will the engine run and perform normally? Just try clearing the code and check again after a restart.

The code p1626 is gone. The security light will only go off when the key is turned off. I've not been able to start the engine and run normally. It will only start and run for the ten seconds, until the fuel shuts off. I've repeatedly perform the ten minute test with no good results. The latest repair done is to replace the ign. Switch and ign. Wiring harness. I've got a small fortune spent on this problem. Don't give up on me.

I had the car taken to the Chev. Dealer and they used their test equipment on it and found a wiring problem under the dash on the right hand side. At a cost of $ 95.00 per hour and 31/2 hours I did drive the car home. Thank you very much for all of your help. Best regards Bob.

Ok, glad you got it sorted, sometimes these problems are rather hard to diagnose over a computer with out getting to see the problem first hand and being able to do hands on testing.
