1998 Cadillac Seville Electrical Problem

I am assuming you have checked the fuses under the rear seat for these items-seat/mirror. Otherwise it will have to be scanned to see if the rim module is screwing up. A pro will need to do it. Any garage with a scanner can do it not necessarily a dealer. For the fan I am assuming it s the one for heat and that will need to be scanned as well as you have automatic temp control.
