2001 Cadillac Seville windows

My left side window buttons dont work. Is it the motor or the regulator? Or a more serious cpu problem?

Is it just the left window that does not work, or all windows. The best advice is probably logic lock of the drivers door module, removing power usually resets it. Easiest would be to disconnect both battery cables and touch the cables together to deplete any transient charge. Reconnect battery and try windows. If it is just the left window, and you can hear some noises, it is probably the regulator.
