1998 Cadillac Deville coolant leak

I have coolant running from the bottom of water pump and it also runs out when car isnt running. Would it do that if the water pump wasnt working or a o-ring or gasket has worn out. I also have coolant leaking on driver floor

It is probably the water pump internal seal that is leaking, the water pump should be replaced As for the water on the floor, get the cooling system pressure tested and check to see if the heater core is leaking, if the core is ok, you may have a problem with the windscreen sealing.
