Lower beam head lights and instrument penal lights not working, I shorted them when fixing lower side bulb connection. I looked but could not locate the fuse box position. Checked the bulbs seem OK Checked all the fuses located in the two boxes under the hood all OK. Is there another fuse box somewhere else for these lights?

I have a similar problem but with my 1987 4runner it’s a 4 cylinder 5spd manual transmission (2.4L 22re). I have no high beams lows work fine as well as all blinkers, brakes, marker they are good 99% of the time. Once in a while I start my truck up and no blinkers so I found that.
If I jiggle the key just slightly the come back? Also my instrument panel has no dash lights but I do have all hazard or warning light on dash what’s up anyone know? And bigges? We’re is the fuse panel how do I check them and we’re do they lead to under the dash? Does

It sounds like the dimmer switch on the headlight control arm is bad but to be sure this guide will help us check for power at the feed wire (red and green) to the high beams using the wiring diagrams below.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
