My car keeps shutting off while I am driving down the road. What could the reason be?

It happens after usually 5 mins of driving while i'm holding the accelerator steady also. I have replaced th fuel filter and fuel pump so far.

After it dies does it restart right away or do you have to wait for it to start?

What color is your car? If red, try swapping engine with a white buick.
