1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Shifting problem

97 grand prix with 4t60e trans. Problem is it is slow to shift to third. No slipping, fluid changed with filter( but was not burnt or dirty before) no codes on scanner all comes back good. Modulator changed, vss sensor changed (for fun) car and trans run and operate as normal except for 2nd to 3rd Slow shift. Have yet to get any answers, hope you guys are up to the challenge.
