The original problem was that the car died at a stop sign. It wanted to crank but didn't and it back fried sometimes. So I got it home replaced the Fuel pump checked the fuel lines up to the fuel filter then to the fuel rail all good there. Then I checked the timing and that's good. Spark plugs and wires are good. But on the Ignition coil 1&4 have spark and 2&3 do not have spark. I also replaced the exhaust system and don't have a spot on the headers for one of the o2 Sensors. And now I try to turn it over and all the lights work but little sound but no clicking

Try a jump start to see if it cranks. The battery could be weak.
Try swapping the coils to see if 2 & 3 gets sparks, it could be a failed coil.

With the Ignition coil I tried a new one but it had the same problem. I think it's not starting because I don't have that one o2 sensor witch the Emissions system isn't complete. I just replaced the battery and terminal Connectors but didn't try starting it

Do you mean you don't have sparks for 2 & 3 even with a new coil?

The O2 sensor does not cause non starting unless it is shorted and blows fuses.

In this case you would need to check the wiring and connections for that particular coil.

Yes, a DVOM would do nicely.
