Car not starting

I own 97 honda accord specail edition 4cly. Not V I sprayed engine cleaner on my value cover and risned off car would not start got fire from coil to dist. But not to plugs I cleaned the plugs replaced cap and rotor charged battery the car still spins but no fire

Use an electronics cleaner to clean all electrical connectors.

Using water to rinse engine, generally never turns out good.
