1997 GMC Jimmy Intermittent shifting problems

My Jimmy will not shift out of 3rd gear. I can manually shift to the lower gears. This problem is not constant as sometimes it will shift normally. When it doesn't shift the key interlock will not let the key move to the lock position. There are 3 codes P0740, P0753, AND P1860

Those are all codes for shift solenoids not working and tcc solenoid not working. Have a trans guy look at it to see if his scanner can manually operate those parts. It may be a short in harness to trans or bad connections.
