When I hit about 50-60 mph something locks up in.

When I hit about 50-60 mph something locks up in the rear of my truck. I was told by the previouse owner that there was something wrong with the hub. I figured it was the transmission or diff but when it happens my truck doesnt slow down or anything so I am not sure what is causing it

Need a little more information to try and help you, how do you know something is locking up, is it making noise, driving funny? Usually anything inthe drive line will cause a major problem very fast if it locks up. Thanks for using @CarPros
