Car wont staet in very cold weather

97 taurus with standard anti-theft system. (Turn left turn signal on to start.) Wont start in cold weather. (0 to 5 below)

If you have a factory alarm, the turn signal isn't needed to start the vehicle. If the security light is staying on, you need to have it checked by a dealer. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment to diagnose a security system.
