1997 Ford F-150 Fuel Injectors

I was replacing my spark plugs and when I pulled up on my fuel line two of the fuel injectors popped out. One of the O rings is still in the line. Is there a way to remove it like in this video below? Please please please help!! It would seem easy to just be able to push the injectors back in the line but it's becoming difficult. If you have any suggestions please help.
