I can start my truck up and drive a few miles down the road, stop at the store and when I come out, it won't start. I have to sit there 10-15 minutes before it starts. Any ideas? I'd like to get it fixed before it gets any worse.

Thank you.

When it doesn't start, you need to check for spark and fuel to the engine. Then you will know what circuit to focus on.

Thank you for answering. It acts like it wants to start and makes the ugh, ugh, ugh sound, but doesn't catch. Then after waiting a bit, it will start.

How do I check for spark? I know if I turn the key and listen, I can hear if the fuel pump is working.
