Need some help

I have DODGE caravan that will not start it turn over but will not not start {its a 1997} I do some check on it myself and I find out that the asd relay is been interrupted but I really dont know what the next step to get it started. Please am asking for some help. Thanks!1

Start with bascis, compression, fuel pressure and spark. Find out what is missing and get back to us.

Ok this what I know of the vehicle, it got good compression fuel pump work, I try to change the camshalf sensor but didnot have the connector so it stripe the wire. But I go to check the system I notice some was wrong, I want to find out how can I get to pcm to activate asd relay. Every thing is normal with the vehicle except fuel & current an it control one thing

Ok, what is the fuel pressure and is there power to the pump in the back?

Start with basics before going anywhere yet
