1997 Chevrolet S-10 engine surge

I have replaced the tps the iac three times and tried to clean the throttle body and nothing has worked. When I start it up its a consistent up and down rpm between 1 and 1.5 and after about 5 to 10 minutes it starts to idle rough.

Make sure to clean throttle plate on both sides as well as shaft. Check for a vacuum leak also scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. The throttle body may be worn out due to mileage.
