What is the actual code?

As far as your heat, warm engine, do the heater hoses get hot? What is the temp gage showing, degrees F?

Your temp gage is on your instrument cluster. In the diagram, the gage that says temp. The heater hoses are under the hood, they run to the heater core at firewall. The firewall is at the rear of engine, separates engine compartment from passenger compartment.

Every who replaced that sensor, why didn't they fix it?

The code is for the 02 heater circuit. Brown wire is voltage, goes hot with key on. Black wire is ground.

Forgot the dash.
