Auto zone computer say fuel system didn't show anything

Yes it cold be the egr they get clogged and don't work right or stuckopen as well as passages get clogged. If you didn't show any fuel pressure the car wouln'dt run they probably hooked it up wrong. They may have hooked up to the evap line instead of fuel rail. You may have to disconnect lines and install an adapter for fuel pressure.

One other thing you haven't mentionsed anything about spark plugs or coils have those been checked, like the plug boots bad.

I have changed plugs an plug wires but not?The coil!Egr valve is 6 months old, on warranty still.
