Power Doors and Seat do not work

I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer. The power door locks and power seats do not work. When the door lock is pressed there is a buzzing sound and occasionally the dome light flickers. The fuses in the fusebox are fine and the ignition switch has been replaced but the problems remain. What could be the root cause of this? And how do I repair it?

Check the power acc circuit breaker, check for voltage, hot ALL the time. The orange wire is voltage to power seat switch. If switch is on arm-rest, the wiring harness goes into door on the hinge side. The harness may be protected by a rubber boot, you may be able to pull boot back far enough to check voltage on the wire. I'd check voltage voltage and ground first.

Haven't looked at power door locks, yet.

The door locks and power seat gets voltage from the same power acc circuit breaker. If something causes that breaker to get hot, it will trip. No power for anything on that circuit.

So happy I found this posting. This is exactly my issue. Now where is the acc circuit breaker and how can I test/replace it?

Super newbie here so more explanation the better!

Also, it’s a 1997 Chevrolet 1500.

The power accessory breaker is in the fuse block on the end of the instrument panel. Open the drivers door and you will see a small panel, remove the panel and the fuse block is behind it. The breaker is the left block object at the bottom. The easiest test of it is to swap it with the other one. The second one is for the power windows. If the seats/locks are not working but the power windows do, just swap the two circuit breakers. If the seats/locks now work and the windows don't you know that the breaker is bad.
