1997 Acura CL stalls

Car starts up and runs but when you press the gas pedal it dies. What could cause this?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

There is no check engine light and it has fuel pressure. I am unable to check if the pressure is adequate but it sprays when the ignition is turned on.

This could be a few things. The first thing that needs checked is the fuel pressure. It may have enough for it to idle, but not enough to accelerate.
