HelloMy 1996 2.2 VW Jetta will only start if I plug the block heater in for an hour or so? Ideas?

Yes, but this is all year long even at Plus 25C

IN plug it all the time or leave it running or start it every hour or so so it doesn't cool off.
A real pain.

I guess the first thing I would suspect is the computer engine temp sensor and/or a cold start injector if there is a seperate 1.
