Corolla Shakes going into 1st gear.

Hi, I have a 96 corolla with manual transmission. The car will shake violently when trying to drop the clutch into 1st gear. Every other shift is flawless. Just going into 1st gives me an issue. I feel the longer I ignore it, the worse damage I could be doing. Please help!

It sounds like the clutch is not fully dis engaging. Check the fluid and make sure the adjustment is ok. If you dont know what to do, go to a shop and have it checked so further damage is not done.

Oil could have gotten to the clutch disk causing the juddering when trying to take off.
