The car shakes and wobbles at speeds of 70mph.

The car shakes and wobbles at speeds of 70mph and at normal city speeds it makes a grinding noise but when turning left the sound is less noticeable and the tires treds arent worn unevenly or anything wut could be wrong? Wheel hub bearings or cv axel maybe? Please help me

Have the tires balanced.
We can't provides answers for maybes. You need visual inspections etc to check for mechanical faults/problems.
Check the wheel side play and backing plates.
