Car over heats replaced all parts heating wise and burped the system new head gasket set done by a shop keeps over heating still any possibility that the heads might be cracked?

Were the heads cracked tested and checked for warp and bend?

Do you have a receipt with work done? If not go get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test to check for Co in the cooling system.

Most should be able to do it, it is a very basic test.
