1996 Subaru Impreza HELP !

Ok car won't. Start replaced fuel pump and fuel filter getting gas all the way up to the motor it will turn over but won't start we can start it with starting fluid but then it just shuts off I NEED HELP I would greatly appreciate if you could help thanks.

Are the injectors firing? While cranking the engine, listen to the injectors with a screw driver placed on the body of the injector and your ear on the other, you should hear the injector clicking.
