Have a 1996 Saturn SL1 1.9L can't start. Sprayed starting fluid in TB and it ran for a few seconds. So I went through the following: Batt is hot new plugs, fuel filter, fresh fuel in tank and the fuel pump is working (can hear it running with key on or cranking) but no fuel coming up to filter. Could it simply be a blocked line between the filter and tank? The car has been sitting for about two years the filter was blocked before replacement. Can I clear the line by disconnecting it at the tank an filter and blowing compressed air through it? Thanks

You could have a blocked pick up screen on the bottom of the fuel pump module I wouldnt blow any compressed into those lines you could blow something apart inside the fuel pump module. If you can hear the pump running your best bet would be to drop the gas tank to find out whats going on.
