Just changed the IAC and TPS on my car with a 3.1. Now the car won't start

I removed the negative battery cable while installing and cleaned the throttle body while I had it apart.

It cranks and turns over but the engine will not start.

Spray CARB cleaner in throttle body crank see if it fires

No Luck. Pulled the plug wire off and I have no spark. Double checked fuses and all the wire connections. Also, checked for codes. No Codes.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
