My car overheated, then died

I towed it home, changed the plugs and wires, it turns over but will not start? Code p100, p115, came up, and now no codes I think my timing belt could be wrong, could that be preventing it from starting? Now after changing the plugs and wires it reads no codes?

Have you checked the engine compression? Are you getting any sparks?
