I have a 1996 lincoln towncar, and there is a squeaky nose coming from one of the belts, when I spray wd40 it stops but starts doing it again, and also when I am driving and come to a stop the car cuts off. Thanks for any help you can give.

Check the belt condition and tension. If the belt has hardened over time it would emit noises intermittently, especially during cold start.

If belt tension is insufficient, readjusting should work.

As to the stalling, it could be due to the idling system. Have the idling system component checked/cleaned and retest.

If the Check Engine Light is indicating, get a scan done to retrieve for trouble codes.
