Truck would be hard to start sometimes. Had a new fuel pump installed. It continued to do the same thing. Now it wont start at all. Its not getting fuel. If I spray starting fluid in the intake it will run until the starting fluid is gone. Fuel pump relay has also been replaced.

First thing is to pull relay out and jump it with a jumper wire and see if you get fuel pressure you shold get at least 60 psi at fuel rail. That will test your wiring and pump. If you jump from the slots shown in arrow will tell you if pump is good. However in lower part of pic is a fuel pump balance module which along with pcm turns on the pump so you may need to scan that to test it.
