1996 crown vic had miss fire on cyl 5 I replaced all spark plugs and coil on passenger side of engine ran good for about 3 weeks missfire on 5 cyl is back

Check compression and fuel injector on #5 cylinder.

Check wires and check if coil firing @ # 5
do a compression test
check injector do an injector balance test
