I have a 1999 Crown VIc PI. It has a hestation and miss-fire feel. I have replaced EGR valve, all spark plugs and coils, air fiter, o2 sensors, and have had the air pressure check for the pump. It is driving me insane! Please, what else could it be?

What is fine on fuel pressure? If it's not 35-45 psi with key off engine off then it's not fine. Otherwise check the cam and cranks sensors for resistance they may be high and causing the problem. Check the connections as well that they are making good contact. If it still misfires then check compression must only be a 20% variance between all cylinders.
