Wanting to purchase a 1996 dodge stratus, 4 cylinder, I am told the water pump is out. Is it worth it?

What it's worth to me doesn't matter. What is it worth to you? I wouldn't reject a vehicle just because of the water pump. Any other issues that you are aware of? Have a mechanic look it over.
