Thermostat, radiator cap, and cooling fan system has all been replaced. Also flushed the radiator system.

CERTIFIED MECHANIC
Low coolant, clogged radiator, bad thermostat, water pump not working and possible blown head gasket from driving with it overheated.
Start with a leak down test to rule out head gasket

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
