Car wont start

1996 chevrolet suburban wont 1, 2, 3 trys but after adding b12 it will start. Had diag/test which is fuel pump, but I don't understand because if it is the fuel pump why would stay on! Can you please help.

Not sure what b12 is is, must be some type of starting fluid I'm guessing, That vortec fuel system needs at least 58psi fuel pressure to start, but once started it may run lower, but initially needs that greater fuel pressure to start, can you give me your fuel pressure readings?
