Injection plug on and white out string was bend and broke that plug behind injection plug. White string have no wire inside? Leave it alone? It not start and running but it turn over like try start engine on 383 TBI. If try start many time and the battery keep low low till dead. Any suggestion?

If it was disconnectedbefore and ran it shold n't make any difference. The piece ou have pictured is a lock so you'll have to find out where that came from. Scan for codes and check fuel pressure to find out why the vehicle won't start. If this is a 383 was the cmputer updated so it would run the engine? That could pose a problem in the future.

The only white wire I can see goes to the speed sensor, but look around theengine compartment it has to be there someplace. Then reconnect it.
