Today my radiator started smoking

Today my radiator started smoking. And heat stop the blower blows air. And when I turn the steering wheel it squeals loud. Kinda have an idea what it is but I want a second opinion, if anyone knows whats going on please let me know. Thanks joe gonzalez

Coolant is low, add as needed. The radiator has a leak, get it confirmed and repaired.

Check power steering fluid. Check the belt to seee if it has the correct tension.
