I have a 1995 Jeep Cheroke that when you pull on the head light switch the hazzard lights, high beam indicator light up on the dash but the head lights do not work. You can move the high/low beam switch and it makes no diff. The hazzard lights will not work with the switch all the way out but do when it is pushed into the parking light position?

Chec fuse 11 and 15 in your fuse block. There is a ground under the headlamp switch that may be loose. There also is a high beam relay on the left side of the radiator. There is also a headlampdelay module on the left side of the instrument panel. You might try smacking it or tapping it with a screewdriver handle. If the lights come on you've found your problem. The ground for that is the same one under the headlamp switch. Of course check your headlamp ground which is behind the pcm on the left fenderwell. Also check all your fuses in your power distribution center specifically #5. All or any of these can cause your problem.
