Check and see if both heater core hoses get hot with the heater on and the engine warmed up to operating temp. If they do, then you have a problem with the blend air door. If they don't, it sounds like the heater core may still be plugged. NOTE: Make sure that you bleed all air from the system from the work you did and the coolant is full.
