1995 Ford Taurus Misses at 3800 RPM

Sitting still in neutral and revving engine, engine starts cutting out at 3800 rpm. Is This a bad coil pack?

That poor engine is saying back off. There is no need to rev the engine that hard, every thing has a limit you have found yours. If it was a faulty coil it will be breaking down under load at a far less RPM.
