Recently replaced radiator, radiator hoses, water pump and thermostst. Sometimes hot air will not come from heater. Antifreeze goes into the overflow tank. It leaks from that point What can be the problem?

Yes. It has been fine for about 5 months now the problem is back. Checked cooling fan and it does not hang up. Thermostat we replaced had a 195 degree rating. Thinking about changing to a 160 degree thermostat and a temperature sensor. Stumped

If radiator cap was not replaced do that. Does cooling fan come on? Have AC? If yes does fan come on when AC engaged? When adding coolant let run to OP Temp coolant flowig continue till all air expelled?
