Lately when I start up my car, it makes this weird noise like it's coughing or something then it shuts off. I can restart it without any problems but I would like it to get it fix as it is happening everytime I start my car. But for sure, everytime I start my car it makes that noise like its going to shut off. I can't really describe the sound.

Check cold start up fuel pressure and run a scan for any unresolved fault codes, start here.

Do you know what the codes are? I can advise if I know the codes, fuel rail pressure need a fuel pressure gauge attached at the rail, some cars (most fords) have a port to hook a gauge into to get the reading.
